Tracey Emin

Tracey Emin is a British artist known for her raw, confessional works that explore themes of love, trauma, and identity. Born in 1963 in London and raised in Margate, she rose to fame in the 1990s as part of the Young British Artists movement. Best-known for her pieces including My Bed and her neon text works, the work draws heavily from her own life and emotions. Emin’s deeply personal style has made her one of the most influential and controversial figures in contemporary art.
