1. Share details of your artwork
Send the artist, title, date, medium, dimensions and edition details, together with clear photographs. Include the front, reverse, signature, numbering and any visible condition issues. Supporting invoices, certificates and known ownership history are useful where available.
2. Discuss the work with our team
We review the information supplied and will contact you if further photographs, documentation or inspection are needed. If you have a particular timescale, include it when you enquire.
3. Agree the proposed arrangement
Before proceeding, we discuss the proposed price, the amount you would receive, any applicable fees or costs, and the written terms for your work.
4. Plan the sale and delivery
Once the arrangement is agreed, our team can discuss marketing, buyer enquiries, packing and delivery. Keep the work secure and retain its documentation while the sale is being arranged.
