About CB Hoyo
CB Hoyo is a largely self-taught artist whose text-based and satirical works question authenticity, originality and the art market. Working across painting, drawing and mixed media, he combines humour with cultural commentary. His Fake Art series reworks familiar images by other artists and adds handwritten statements that challenge how artistic value is constructed.
